Strength and Stretch
Thursdays 6:45-5:30 AM

Rise and shine its workout time! Come and get your workout finished up before the work-day even starts! Feel strong, refreshed and ready to take on the day. Strengthen and tone your muscles while increasing your flexibility and release tension built up throughout the week. This is a weight-orientated class that is designed to give you a good workout without getting too sweaty, leaving you feeling accomplished and with time to prepare for the rest of your day.

TABATA
Mondays 12:10-12:50 PM
One of the best HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) formats to get the fastest and best results for your time. The Tabata protocol is a high-intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results. A Tabata workout is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. Join us, you’ll be glad you did! 45 minutes is all you need for this class, including a welcome stretch to finish it off.

Triple HIIT
Tuesdays 12:10-12:50 PM
                                                                 Every class is something different and you never know what you’re going to get because it is a surprise every time!  For example -  Hi-lo, Step, HIIT, Bosu®, ViPR®, sculpting with weights or bands. This high energy class includes cardio, strength and core to help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. You'll leave fizzing with energy and on track for all-around healthy living.

BARRE
Wednesdays 12:10-12:50 PM

Barre is a “ballet inspired” workout but this hard core class will see you doing more than graceful plies. The  MOC Barre Methodintegrates the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and effectively transform the entire body. The non-impact  workout targets all major muscle groups and improves posture and balanced muscle definition.  

Pump It
Thursdays 12:10-12:50 PM

Pump It is a high intensity strength and toning class. We begin with a warm-up and transition into a series exercises using body weight and heavy dumbbells to strengthen the upper body, lower body, whole body, and core.

This workout generates high intensity, high energy, and high calorie burn!

Cardio Mix Up
Fridays 12:10-12:50 PM
Prepare to have fun and sweat as you obtain your Cardio  through a variety of formats, from hi-low, step and athletic formats infused with strength training moves  to add a little tonic to your workout.



 

 

 

 


Evening Classes

Load It
Mondays 5:15-6:00 PM
This class is designed to build strength by using your body weight and a variety of equipment. During this 45 minute class we will combine functional movements as well as using traditional strength training exercises and training principles of progression, overload, and recovery to see strength improvements. !

Zumba®
Mondays and Thursdays 6:20-7:20 PM

Shed pounds and have a blast in the process with Zumba Fitness. Loaded with red-hot dance steps, pulsating Latin rhythms, and easy-to-follow routines, this invigorating dance-fitness “party” will have you movin’, groovin’, and shakin’ the weight off to the sexy, exotic rhythms of salsa, cumbia, samba, merengue, and more. 

Power Plus.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Tuesdays 5:15-6:15 PM                                                                                                                                                                                           This class is designed to help you develop your stamina, strength, and. flexibility. The first half of the session focuses on high intensity moves to build cardiovascular endurance after which we transition into various flow sequences to improve strength and flexibility. Get ready for a good sweat and stretch.

H.I.I.T. Boot Camp
Wednesdays 5:15-6:15 PM

H.I.T.T Bootcamp is a combo class involving interval training with a circuit style workout. Get both your cardio and strength training accomplished in one full-body workout and also learn how to use all different types of equipment with proper form. The circuit training in this class is designed to work for all different levels of fitness and will be fun to bring a partner or friend to come sweat with!

Core HIIT                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Fridays 5:15-6:00 PM                                                                                                                                                                                                         Build Core Strength through a variety of exercises and equipment designed to activate your core from the inside out. Half of this class will have a cardio core component the other half will be slower controlled movements while training your body through all planes of movement. 

Pelvicore
Wednesdays 7-8 PM and Sundays 12:15-1:15 PM
This program will improve core strength, pelvic floor strength and Pelvic Girdle Mobility.  By improving the biomechanics throughout the pelvic girdle and core you will see a decrease in symptoms associated with Incontinence, low back pain, hip and knee pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction and balance.  The class blends elements of yoga and pilates to improve pelvic core strength and flexibility


Weekend Classes

Cardio Combo
Saturdays 9-10:15 AM

The ultimate cardio combination class. A mix of high/low and step incorporating power moves on the floor combined with muscle conditioning and core. A Fun cardio with body conditioning class, designed for all fitness levels.

Barre

Capoeira
Mondays 7:30-9 PM
Thursdays 7:30-9 PM

Capoeira is a Brazilian art form that combines elements of martial arts, sports, and music. It is known by quick and complex moves, using mainly power kicks and quick leg sweeps, with some ground and aerial acrobatics, knee strikes, take-downs, elbow strikes, punch. Capoeira requires registration and payment - definitely worth it!!
