CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BARRE: Barre integrates the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and effectively transform the entire body. The non-impact workout targets all major muscle groups and improves posture and balanced muscle definition.
BODY BLAST: Full body strength training, core blast. Equipment will include kettle bells, barbells, dumbbells. Slogan “get ready for 40 minutes of high intensity, heart pumping, workout.
CARDIO HIIT: Working with body weight (ie no free weights), routines will blend endurance, agility, and toning exercises with dynamic muscle strengthening and core training. Modifications provided.

DANCEPL3Y: DANCEPL3Y (dance-play) classes are designed for people who want a really fun workout. Forget 5-6-7-8, or left foot/right foot choreography, there are only 3 Rules to follow in this class: Be Positive. Be Fun. Be Yourself!
FITNESS MIXER: This a classic boot camp style class using a mix of HIIT, Tabata and circuit style methods to build full body strength and mobility.
FITNESS REFRESH: If the past couple of years have been hard on your fitness routine, this class will help you ease back into it. With a focus on building strength, balance, and flexibility, modifications will be provided to accommodate a range of chronic conditions. Suitable for older adults, those new to fitness, and anyone looking for a gentler workout to refresh their fitness.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: This class is tailored to everyday movements. The workout is between 12 and 15 minutes. Covered in the workouts are strength movements, mobility, HIIT, and Plyometrics. Class starts off with warm up, muscle activation and finishes with stretching and cool down.
RESISTANCE: This class is designed to improve your strength and endurance. Burn calories and get stronger! Weights and bands may be used as well as other equipment.
SERIOUS STRENGTH: Define and strengthen your whole body in this 45 minute weight training class that uses heavy weights and short sets to build muscle like never before. You will be amazed at how strong you already are and how heavy you can lift!
SPIN: Time to pedal to the beat and grind those gears! Spin classes will improve your cardiovascular stamina while toning your lower body, upper body, and core! Make sure to stay hydrated before, during, and after the class.
STEP: The ultimate cardio and conditioning combination class is a mix of step choreography incorporating power moves and muscle conditioning. A fun cardio with body conditioning class designed for all fitness levels. Are you ready for fun?
STRAIGHT UP STRENGTH: Join Amanda for some dumbbells, barbells, and medicine balls. Whatever equipment has weight you’ll likely find in her class. Tone those muscles while listening to some jammin’ tunes!
STRETCH & MOBILITY: This class is for anyone looking to sooth sore muscles, relieve tension, maintain mobility or improve flexibility. Exercises are borrowed from a variety of modalities including pilates, dance, yoga, martial arts, and gymnastics. Enjoy the benefits of dynamic and static movements as you rebalance and calm your body and mind. No previous experience necessary.
TOTAL BODY: Want to hit all the majors muscles in one workout? This class will help sculpt and build lean muscles and always ends with core training and stretching for a complete workout.
ULTIMATE X-TRAINING: This class combines TRX suspension training and VIPR's in a Tabata format to give you an effective full-body workout. The mix of VIPR, TRX suspension training and functional movements provides the ultimate workout to develop strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. All-levels.
ULTIMATE CORE & MOBILITY: This class focuses on core back, hip, and shoulder muscles for an all over burn. Improve your posture, decrease risk of injury and increase balance by working these important muscle groups. The class will end with 10-15 minutes of stretching and mobility work. All-levels.
ZUMBA: Zumba® Fitness takes the "work" out of workout by mixing low- and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party! No dance experience necessary. Sweat and shake it up at this energetic fitness party.
