Mondays 12:10-12:50 PM
One of the best HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) formats to get the fastest and best results for your time. The Tabata protocol is a high-intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results. A Tabata workout is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. Join us, you’ll be glad you did! 45 minutes is all you need for this class, including a welcome stretch to finish it off.
Tuesdays 12:10-12:50 PM Come join the fun in this high-energy cardio class that uses eight minute intervals to burn calories and improve cardiovascular endurance. Your fitness will be challenged with different exercises each week and up-beat music that makes you want to move. Different exercise options are always available, making this a perfect class for all fitness levels.
Wednesdays 12:10-12:50 PM
Barre is a “ballet inspired” workout but this hard core class will see you doing more than graceful plies. The MOC Barre Method integrates the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and effectively transform the entire body. The non-impact workout targets all major muscle groups and improves posture and balanced muscle definition.
Thursdays 12:10-12:50 PM
Get “the biggest bang for your buck” with metabolic training. This class combines repetitions of high intensity aerobic cardio and anaerobic weight lifting exercises (with minimal rest periods) to maximize effort and rev metabolic rate during and after the workout. This full body workout generates high energy and high calorie burn (even after you’re done)!
Fit to the Core
Fridays 12:10-12:50 PM Build strength while using our TRX suspensions - you know, those yellow and black things that hang from the rafters! Build full body strength that will leave your muscles burning. Nothing like a great burn to kick off the weekend!!
Boot Camp Mondays 5:20-6:10 PM This a classic boot camp style class using a mix of HIIT, tabata and circuit style methods to develop and build upon full body strength and mobility.
Bounce Dance Mondays 6:20-7:20 PM Ready? Let’s bounce! This dynamic class combines dance with fitness for an awesome, fun workout! With easy to follow choreography, move to the beats from today’s top charts and some greatest hits from yesterday. This full body, aerobic workout will leave you feeling vibrant and bouncing with energy!
Wednesdays 5:20-6:10 PM
This class is designed to build strength by using your body weight and a variety of equipment. During this 45 minute class we will combine functional movements as well as using traditional strength training exercises and training principles of progression, overload, and recovery to see strength improvements. !
Evening Wind-Down Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 PM Take a mid-week break with yoga designed for the fitness setting. The class includes a warm up, followed by a combination of static and flowing poses, designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and relaxation. Practical and user-friendly, the class focuses on adapting the poses to fit each participant’s body.
Barre Strength Thursdays 5:20-6:10 Barre is a full body, low impact workout inspired by ballet. Barre Strength will focus on sculpting your arms and strengthening your core with a combination of isometric movements and high rep/low weight exercises. You’ll gain improved posture and balanced muscle definition in this fun and challenging class. Modifications are always available, making this a perfect class for all fitness levels.
DANCEPL3Y Thursdays 6:20-7:20 PM DANCEPL3Y (dance-play) classes are designed for people who want a really fun workout. It’s as simple as that.Our energizing and interACTIVE classes uses simple get-sweaty moves combined with your favourite bust-a-move songs. Each class features a variety of dance genres, from Hip Hop, Dancehall, Lyrical, Krump, Pop Video, Jazz, Country and more to get your heart pumping as you dance yourself fit. Forget 5-6-7-8, or left foot/right foot choreography, there are only 3 Rules to follow in this class: Be Positive. Be Fun. Be Yourself!
Muscle Matters Friday 5:30-6:30 PM Build muscle strength and endurance while adding a core and balance component to each move. We will use weights, bands, gliders and more. There are many ways to modify the moves to accommodate any age or ability. Work hard and have fun!
STEP and STRENGTH
Saturdays 9:30-10:45 AM
The ultimate cardio and conditioning combination class is a mix of step choreography incorporating power moves and muscle conditioning . A Fun cardio with body conditioning class that included a well-deserved stretch and relaxation component, designed for all fitness levels. Are you ready for fun?

Kickboxing HIIT Sundays 12:30-1:20PM This is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class which will focus on kickboxing style movements to build cardiovascular endurance, tone muscles, and improve flexibility. An effective and efficient method of training, HIIT alternates between intense bursts of maximum effort, followed by rest periods. Get energized and relieve stress with Kickboxing HIIT!
Mondays 7:30-9 PM
Capoeira is a Brazilian art form that combines elements of martial arts, sports, and music. It is known by quick and complex moves, using mainly power kicks and quick leg sweeps, with some ground and aerial acrobatics, knee strikes, take-downs, elbow strikes, punch. Capoeira requires registration and payment - definitely worth it!!
