Time to pedal to the beat and grind those gears! Spin classes will improve your cardiovascular stamina while toning your lower body, upper body, and core!

Saturday August 29th from 9:00am to 9:45am with Norma Lubansa
A maximum of 11 participants will be accommodated in the Spin class on a first come, first serve basis. A wait-list will be created, so if you are no longer able to attend the class, please let us know ASAP to allow for someone else to join the class.
The bikes will be set up upstairs in the gym to promote distancing and ventilation. The gym will be open at 8:50am to allow people to come in so they do not crowd the entrance. The gym will be open early only for participants who signed up for the spin class to promote distancing. No other members will be allowed in the gym until the regular opening time at 10:00am.
The deadline to sign up for class is the Friday night before class day at 7:00pm! A confirmation and reminder e-mail will be sent to registrants the evening before each class.
